2008 Student Art Projects
ARTsmart volunteers and SFPS art teachers organize a variety of student art projects, underwritten by Los Alamos National Bank, Dreamtime Gallery, and Mary & Robert Harbour. Join us at the following exhibits and receptions to view the work and meet the student artists, admission is free.
Friday, February 1, 1 pm, “Art Talks” Acrylic Paintings, Los Alamos National Bank, 301 Griffin St. Show hangs through February 7, hours are 9-5, Mon-Fri; 9-12 Sat.
Saturday, February 2, 2-4 pm, “I Made It!” Ceramic Plates & Placemats reception for artists, La Fonda Hotel, 100 E. San Francisco St.
February 8-18, five theme plate-sets are on view at Joyce Robins Gallery, 201 Galisteo St, call 505.989.8795 for hours.
- February 8-11, Monkey Master Artists Series, to be auctioned at the Gourmet Dinner; and Mischievous Mice Series, to be auctioned at the Art of Wine & Jazz.
- February 15-18, Adorable Dogs Series, to be auctioned at the Artists' Brunch; and Contemporary Design Series and Flowers Series, to be auctioned at the Fashion Luncheon

Saturday & Sunday, February 23-24, 12-4 pm, one of the residences in the Art of Home Tour is filled with original paintings, note cards, placemats and artworks by student artists. Meet them and their art teachers.
